Israël a-t-il le droit d’interdire à une agence de l’ONU de travailler dans les territoires palestiniens occupés ? L’ONU a demandé à la Cour internationale de justice (CIJ) de se prononcer. Pas moins de 45 pays et organisations internationales ont soumis leurs exposés écrits, avant des audiences qui s’ouvrent le 28 avril à La Haye.
