Le Pass culture a pris un coup de rabot. Suite à un rapport de la Cour des comptes étrillant le dispositif, sa part collective est gelée et sa part individuelle est divisée par deux pour les jeunes de 18 ans et disparaît pour les moins de 17 ans.

Si sa part collective permettait démocratisation et diversification des pratiques culturelles, sa part individuelle est critiquée pour sa faible efficacité…La Conversation
