La perspective de fabriquer des ordinateurs quantiques suscite des investissements massifs et des politiques publiques destinées à soutenir l’innovation technologique dans de nombreux pays. Si ceux-ci finissent par être opérationnels, ils pourraient avoir de très grandes puissances de calculs et permettre de traiter certains problèmes bien plus rapidement que les meilleurs ordinateurs classiques.

Néanmoins, pour faire un ordinateur quantique, il faut maîtriser plusieurs ingrédients extrêmement délicats à préparer et à manipuler, et c’est pour cela qu’un ordinateur…
