Malgré le gel temporaire de l’aide étrangère américaine, la plus haute responsable humanitaire de l’ONU en Haïti s’est dite confiante, jeudi, quant à la capacité de l’Organisation à mobiliser plus de 900 millions de dollars pour venir en aide cette année à la population du pays, où la violence des gangs a atteint un niveau sans précédent.
