A deux semaines de la prochaine mission de la navette Endeavour, dont le lancement est prévu le 7 août, la Nasa a ouvert une enquête sur le sabotage d'un ordinateur de recherche qui devait être installé à bord de la Station spatiale internationale par l’équipage d’Endeavour. L’agence spatiale, qui a été récemment informée de l’incident par le sous-traitant, a procédé à une inspection de l’équipement.
