Quelles limites la société démocratique impose-t-elle à la dissidence? Quelles formes de pression fait-on subir aux dissidents? Quels pouvoirs exercent les groupes de pression? Plusieurs chercheurs au Canada comme en France s’élèvent contre la légitimité accordée aux « communautés culturelles » dans les politiques gouvernementales. On estime que cette légitimité est susceptible d’exercer des pressions sur la liberté des individus, a fortiori lorsque ceux-ci ne partagent pas les vues du groupe. Nous avons soulevé ces questions avec Yacok Rabkin.
