Dans le concept des « droits de l’Homme », nous trouvons l’humain et l’humanité. C’est la valorisation anthropologique de l’individu qui accompagne ce système de privilèges politique, moral et (partiellement) législatif, et que représente, dans une perspective historique, l'aspect révolutionnaire. L’objectif de notre article, c’est de réfléchir sur l’individu ayant obtenu un privilège propre (droits) au fait d’être l’Humain.
