Dieudonné jugé coupable par la Cour de cassation

PARIS - La Cour de cassation a annulé vendredi la relaxe de l'humoriste Dieudonné poursuivi pour "injure publique raciale" après des propos sur les juifs publiés en janvier 2002 dans l'hebdomadaire Lyon Capitale. La plus haute juridiction française a estimé dans son arrêt que les propos incriminés tombaient clairement sous le coup de la loi. Elle a renvoyé l'affaire devant la cour d'appel de Versailles pour un nouvel examen du dossier.
