Paris - Le réchauffement climatique est très probablement causé par l’activité humaine et ses effets pourraient se faire sentir durant des siècles, souligne le rapport publié aujourd’hui, à Paris, par le Groupe intergouvernemental d’experts sur l’évolution du climat (GIEC). Les 2500 scientifiques de 113 pays qui ont examiné ce document avant sa publication se disent certains à 90 pour 100 que des produits polluants dus à l’Homme vont provoquer une montée du niveau des océans, des fluctuations climatiques ainsi qu’une hausse de 1,8 à 4 degrés centigrades de la température d’ici la fin du siècle.
